Processing
Our business hours are M-F, 9:00 am-5:00 pm (MST).
Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days and then moved to shipping. Shipping time will vary and is based on the selected shipping method. Orders received after 5:00 p.m. (MST) on Friday will be processed on Monday. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Order Confirmation
Once you complete your order at checkout, you will receive an email confirmation and a second one with tracking information.
Shipping Costs or fees
Blush The Fox is not responsible for shipping costs (unless stated) or returns. You are responsible for paying for shipping to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you used free shipping at the time of purchase and received a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We do not accept liability for compensation for returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Blush The Fox.
Cancellations & Returns
Order Cancellations
Blush The Fox diligently processes your order as soon as it is received. Processing will begin once payment is accepted and confirmed. We cannot make any changes after this. After receiving your order, you can initiate a return using our Return Policy.
Please Note- personalized robes are ineligible for returns or cancellations.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days from the day you received your order to return it. After 14 days, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and unopened to be eligible for a return. Due to the nature of our products, bath sprinkles cannot be returned.
Please note that our bath sprinkle products are handmade and 100% natural, and each product will vary from batch to batch. Due to their delicacy, we will not accept any OPENED products. NO EXCEPTIONS MADE.

Gift cards and Accessories
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and a picture of the product/s.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund., check your bank account or contact your credit card company. Processing times vary, so your refund may take some time to post officially.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email as soon as possible with proof of purchase and a picture of the damaged/defective item at blush@blushthefox.com.
Missing/Lost/Stolen item ( if applicable)
If an item is missing from your order, you have 24 hours to take a picture of everything received as proof and send it to blush@blushthefox.com. Unfortunately, if 24 hours have passed, we will not replace or exchange any item or items.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES THAT ARE LOST OR STOLEN DURING TRANSIT.
If a package marked DELIVERED has not arrived, please give it a few days and contact us at blush@blushthefox.com. We will help you obtain the information to file a claim with the postal carrier. Unfortunately, we will not refund products or shipping fees for lost or stolen products.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to them to gift to you, we will refund the gift giver.
To return your product, you should mail your product to:
